What to do in the event of a missed dose

If you miss a dose of Cialis or Tadalafil, then take a tablet when you remember. If it close to the time of when you next dose is due, don’t double up your dosage. Just take you next tablet and carry on as normal.

Side effects

You may experience some side effects when using Cialis or Tadalafil. Side effects such as headaches, back pain, indigestion, runny or stuffy nose, and other such effects. Most of the side effects will relieve themselves after 24 hours. If in the event of still having the side effects after 48 hours, stop taking the drug and seek medical help as soon as possible. These following side effects are to be reported immediately if you find you are beginning to suffer with them:

• Loss of hearing or a persistent ringing in your ears
• Loss of vision, blurry vision, becoming unusually sensitive to light sources, objects having a ‘blue tint’ to them or not being able to distinguish certain colours

These side effects usually got away with 12 to 24 hours, only speak to your doctor if they persist or become painful

• Flushing of the skin
• Headaches
• Muscle aches
• Indigestion
• Runny or stuff nose

Never take this drug if you are already prescribed the following drugs or treatments: heart or chest pain drugs such as nitro-glycerine, amyl nitrite, isosorbide, nitro-glycerine and other such drugs. You May also experience problems with the following:

• Alpha blockers
• Antibiotics
• Grapefruit juice
• Fungal infection treatments
• Anti depressants

There are many others that may cause problems, so always tell your doctor honestly what else you are taking. This includes all nutritional supplements, herbal products or non prescription medicines and drugs. You will also have to speak to your doctor if you smoke, drink excessively, use illegal drugs, drink caffeine and many other lifestyle choices. In the event of an overdose

If you think you have taken too many or you take an overdose of these tablets you will need to seek medical assistance immediately. Haemodialysis may be used to eliminate the drug from your system.
