You can stop smokingIf you have tried to quit smoking, you know how hard it can be. It is hard because nicotine is a very addictive drug. For some people, it can be as addictive as heroin or cocaine.

Quitting is hard. Usually people make 2 or 3 tries, or more, before finally being able to quit. Each time you try to quit, you can learn about what helps and what hurts.

Antibiotics, however, can’t discriminate against the bacteria that are invading your body and those that are protecting it. Bacteria such as Lactobacillus Acidophilus live in your intestines, mucous membranes and other areas of the body, where they promote digestion and defend their “territory” against invading harmful bacteria. Numerous reports indicate that a large percentage of soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering from mental health problems such as post-traumatic stress disorder. The Oversight Committee is currently holding a hearing with afflicted soldiers and their families, and examine the ability of the DOD and the VA to screen, treat, and track returning soldiers who are at risk, and assess the impact that these illnesses are having on military readiness and military families. Even though I don’t suffer from ED I do suffer from premature ejaculation and decided to give a 50 mg dose a try one hour before sex. While I didn’t get harder than usual, they lasted much longer and I was able to have 3 repeat sessions over the next 2 hours. - Age 53 (more…)

I have been on blood pressure meds for years. I was having no problem getting hard but I would lose it right in the middle of sex.
